If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of item delivery for a full product refund (plus tax) less shipping costs. All returns must include all items of product for full refund. Customer pays return shipping.
Should an item become damaged in transit, customer will need to provide detailed pictures of item and package. Shop will then determine if just an individual piece will be sent or a full replacement.
Please note cedar may contain marks, knots and other variations as well as cracks and splitting. This is normal and does not harm the condition of the furniture. For best results, we recommend coating furniture with outdoor furniture protectant annually. Furniture should be properly cleaned before applying.
