Lake Michigan Clock

This clock features a map of Lake Michigan, one of the five Great Lakes of North America and the only one located entirely within the United States.

The other four Great Lakes are shared by the U.S. and Canada to the east, its basin is conjoined with that of Lake Huron through the wide Straits of Mackinac, giving it the same surface elevation as its easterly counterpart; the two are technically a single lake. Lake Michigan is bounded, from west to east, by the U.S. states of Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana, and Michigan.

Beaver Island, Chicago, Egg Harbor, Grand Rapids, Green Bay, Mackinaw City, Michigan City, Milwaukee, and Whitefish Bay.

Clock measures 12" and is made from Baltic birch. The development is slightly different than our other wood art, as this shows one layer of the water depths vs multiple layers. Requires 1 (one) AA battery. Please note these ship directly from the maker, located in Michigan.
